Main medical award of Russia — «Prizvanie»: pictures and video-version of the event.
Doctors and scientists from NizhGMA were awarded the main medical award of Russia — «Prizvanie».
The award is given to oncologists Svyatoslav Zinoviev, Svetlana Smetanina and Natalia Illarionova, as well as to the employees of the Blokhin Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology — Oleg Utkin and Marina Savostikova for the creation of biochip test- systems that help to effectively and quickly diagnose oncological diseases. The Prize «Prizvanie» is a joint project of the First Channel, the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation that is implemented since 2001. The ceremony itself annually takes place on the eve of the Day of Medical Worker and it can be seen on the First Channel on the third Sunday of June.
